"Four in five adults(79%)regard internet access as their fundamental right,
according to a new global poll conducted across 26 countries for BBC World
Service." - Headline from BBC World Service report.

I think this research might be useful to other Pirate Parties. The BBC World
Service are reasonably well respected worldwide, and their research is
fairly objective. The full data includes breakdowns of attitudes to internet
regulation by country that are quite surprising.
