You mention Gandhi as positive example and right after that you say that
being kind won't do anything? Do your homework and learn what Gandhi's
civil disobedience was like.
I think there is a big difference between civil disobedience and plain
rebellion. The latter usually aims to change order by use of force.
Civil disobedience aims to draw attention to rules that are considered
bad/stupid by choosing to disobey *them* (sometimes even with the intent
of getting arrested for it), not the law in general.
Also, DDOS doesn't seem to be valid form of civil disobedience, because
it is an *attack*. A valid form of civil disobedience would be just
pirating stuff, as this hurts noone (in contrary to what copyright
mafia tries to make us believe).
