Ok, maybe my words were incorrect.
I have plenty of critical thinking, but I try to keep good manners :P
We need good manners in this list, as we don't know each other in
person, which helps a lot to soften issues. And well, some people have
demonstrated to lack that gift...

Kenneth

>> I will base my opinion partially on Andrew Norton, who has always been doing
>> exellent work for not only
>> the US pirate parties, but also for pirate parties around the world.
>> The only criticism i could give him, is stating that in politics you don't
>> have to provide 3 pieces of proof for making your political statement, since
>> we are in politics, not in academia.
>>
>> Andrew is one of the /few/ people who have made PPI gain some credibitliy on
>> a international level.
>> Not only has he been deeply involved into setting up national parties around
>> the globe, but he has also interconnected a lot of pirates around the globe.
>> They still communicate, and share ideas among each other.
>> Mostly outside of this mailinglist because of it's rants such as yours.
>> If you want to converse dirty national party politics against Andrew, please
>> do so on a national level.
>>
>> Your vision when it comes to PPI is also flawed due to the fact that you do
>> not know it's history, nor are able to look behind the scenes.
>> When it comes to PPI versus PPUS relationships, there is so much more to
>> tell.
>> It is PPI, who has made the united states pirates loose at least a full year
>> of productivity and organizational development. This due to a small group of
>> PPI active people who are heavily influencing the current PPI board.
>> And have been involved into dirty internal politics for atleast a year.
>>
>> So yes, we need to stand together, all of us pirates. But currently, as you
>> state it ,there is lack of people of real talent and background stepping
>> forward for doing good work.
>> However, Andrew is and has been one of the people who does, despite his
>> intolerance for incompetence and lucid personal agenda's and party politics
>> that works against each other instead of with each other.
>>
>> Just my 2 cents in this conversation ;)
>>
>> Samir Allioui
>> Founder Dutch pirate party & Former PPI co-president.
