What are the chances of a baloon hitting an aircraft ? Even more,
causing any problems for it in the process? I mean, birds have to be a
more serious threat and I don't see authorities taking them to court
like TPB.

A radio is so 1966. But hey sure, a boat, a torrent-site, solar panels
and GPS gear. Sounds fun!

But I also find it super-difficult to create a boat that is remote
controlled and self maintaining.... I even find it difficult to take
care of my own boat.

I like the way this idea is being shaped though! Maybe it could be
spawns of this...

Anyway.... for this to become real, it has to begin somewhere.
