@Wolfgang
You have my full support as i have seen the good work you do (I'm the
delegate for Slovenia and will be in Prague in person). While very
generously searching for software to use i would recommend you only limit
your self on these points:

1. Free (free as in beer) to the end user and affordable to the organizers.
2. Security
3. Usefulness.
4. Reliability.

I suspect this will not be a big issue. There will be wining, but if it
works well no one will remember after.

@Sanches
I was going to explain the difference between real blocks and self imposed
blocks. But i'm not going to because i know that telling someone who
is passionate about something that that something is not that big of a
deail (in this context!!) usually ends badly.

Politics, evolution and advancement of society is *not* about sticking to
your ideals at all cost. It's all about *compromise*, *cooperation* and slow
* advancment towards the ideal*.

To put it simply: A reptile did not turn into a bird by standing still and
saying "I will only fly". It become a bird by slowly, through generations,
jumping every higher.

PS: Sanches the budget for the entire GA is under 1000€. I'm a developer as
well and we both know this cant be done for 100€.
