Indeed; some of us (like Canada) are already signatories to ACTA.  For
what it's worth, at least ACTA is not as bad as it once was - before
the leaks and before people began standing up in opposition to the
agreement and it's secrecy.

Laying laws of specific nations (eg. SOPA, PIPA in the US, Copyright
Reform & Lawful Access in Canada) aside for the moment, I am very
troubled by the amount of IP being forced by nations (and/or trading
blocs) on other sovereign states through trade agreements like ACTA,
CETA, and TPP.  What's the point of WIPO if it's consistently being
circumvented?

Are there any Pirates on this list following the CETA (Canada-EU) negotiations?
