[pp.int.general] Should Pirate Parties include the coming Swarm Economy as policy?

As much as I agree with the points being made, as much as I would like the
present situation to change, I would like to point out that a lot of
economists are aware of that fact. They know that the economical value of a
thing is just an imperfect measure. Some think it is close to the real
thing, others think it is really inaccurate. The question is, what do you
replace it with ?
The main reason people use this measure is that it is available, it gives
an indicator that is better than pure randomness. What do you propose ?
Even people who think this indicator is not very good will use it if there
are no alternative.
