Okay, Thank you, Mark, for clarifying the authorship of this document,
then is the only complaint to Samir is of sending out a link to
something that was clearly not done. Nevertheless I
find the statement ignorant and not funny at all.

Ok, since you were not present at the conference you
hardly can know this - let me clarify one important point.
The Open Space Conference uses a multi stage approach
to get the results and to monetize on the knowledge and
diversity of its participants. In the first stage the open
rounds are held and participants are encouraged to
note down the results. This is what the most of the
document is containing - the dumps of 24 of the
working groups that were working on an issue.
however, the groups are are not "formed", as you put
it, in that step. This is what the second step is for,
and its has been scheduled for Sunday, but gone
unfortunately largely unnoticed by most of the
conference participants. (I learn from that, the
Open Space should be limited to a single day
if conducted in parallel to the formal sessions
of the General Assembly). In this step the
projects are kicked off, and next steps are
planned.
So basically, the process is still going, and
what you are trying to do might be useful
to some, but it is micro-managing the
stage of the process that is already done.

I am not crying, but I am reacting to the insults.
And I have done the evaluation - the documentation
is online since last week, and in two weeks time
on April 9th there is the follow-up meeting
scheduled, to follow up on what has been started
and to kick off more initiatives. I do not see any
more value of transcribing the whole document
to plain text, other than to make it accessible
to those who are visually impaired.
