[pp.int.general] Forum and website back online

Ahoy

Maybe it would make sense for PPI (ie the board) to either try to get 
their own equipment or gain more access to an account at one of the 
bigger parties (DE or CH would jump to mind immediately), in order to 
consolidate the forms of communications somewhat. Last time I checked 
the official forum was full of spam...
