You could argue that 7 people all agreeing on wanting to do this deal
DO have some form of internal democracy (on the "liquid democracy" page
they say they do liquid democracy in their facebook page).

You mean the pirate signet is free for use by crooks and PPI is willing
to fail in its proposition to bring forward a worldwide pirate movement
because it can't denounce a political abuse of its symbols?
It's not a question of copyright.. it's a question of identity.
We have a right to defend our political identity, anywhere on the planet.
