That's what I thought as well.

I think a good way to spread it further would be to send one version to the
PPI list, that way everybody who reads this list gets the update
automatically. Shouldn't PPDE or PPSE have an infrastructure in place for
newsletter we could use, too? Seems like the easiest way for me.
