The indictment of Megaupload and its directors seem to mainly focus on 
them having used megaupload to share a few copyrighted files between 
themselves and on a few emails from users to the directors that 
contains links to copyrighted material.

The rest of the charges (racketeering and money laundering) is layed on 
top of these.

This could easily be an issue for TPB, most torrent sites and most people.
