    Poor people are already being crushed, although I haven't seen reports yet
    of people freezing to death because they can't pay the natural gas bills.

Thousands of people died in France 2 or 3 years ago because of great heat.
That will happen more, and more often, as heating proceeds.


A 2009 UN study estimated that global heating was killing 300,000
people per year, and its effects cost $125 billion per year.
