[pp.int.general] PPI board meeting minutes and some updates about the conference

I'll keep it short, to avoid annoying the rest of the list with Kenneth
Peiruza's issues with the Spanish PP. If there is really an investigation
going on of the sort he say, then he knows more than I do about the
functioning of my party, and I am a member of the directive board. I know a
friend of Peiruza's is trying to push an investigation with such rubbish,
but to my knowledge it remains to be seen if it is taken in account at all.
I do know what I do, and I did not an initiative of the kind he mentions.
It is not that I am for or against it. It simply never happened.

Kenneth has a long record of false accusations, wrongful assertions and
mean innuendos against PP ES and its members and, when called out to
clarify the evidence behind his words, he doesn't feel obliged to
substantiate his sayings, which is one of the reasons I firmly hold him as
a unreliable cantankerous liar.

I do feel sorry that his party has never produced a public note detaching
themselves, as a party, from such raucous individual, who is constantly
torpedoing the relations between PP CAT and PP ES, and now is trying
fortune in Galicia as well.

I'll stop it here This has nothing to do with the PPI, and I have a life to
live.
