[pp.int.general] Pirate Party Situation in Spain

Hello,

just one thing to clear up, I'm not the current secretary of PPES, I'm just
a member of PPES directory board.

We don't want arguments on this thread or between our parties. Right now we
are writing a reply to this thread to clarify the situation in Spain from
(we hope) a neutral point of view.

We are working right now very hard in several task, one of them, our
statutes, which will allow a confederation between parties. But we can't do
it in one month, we have to detail everything and put to vote on GA.
