[pp.int.general] Are there "good" and "wrong" Rigths?

Hi,

what if after direct democracy results are 50%-50%?, shouldn't the
political organization keep neutral in that matter?.

Or even if results are 60%-40%, should it keep neutral or defend the 60%
and ignore the other 40%?.
