    3- A complete review of the copyrights and patenting system.

Even the MPAA could endorse this goal -- which means it fails to
express the crucial point: copyright law is too strict.  Sharing
should be legalized.

The patent system hampers society and needs to be cut back.

I suggest stating these two points separately to help educate people
not to think that copyright law is similar to patent law.  (They are
totally different -- see http://www.gnu.org/philosophy/not-ipr.html.)
