[pp.int.general] Looking for one good reason [Was: Bulk of posts this year]

Hi all.

My mail will be brief. The Universal Declaration of Human Rigth say:

Article 19: *Everyone has the right to freedom of opinion and expression*;
this right includes *freedom to hold opinions without interference* and to
seek, receive and impart information and ideas through any media and
regardless of frontiers.

But it also say:

Article 1: All human beings are born free and equal in dignity and
rights.They are endowed with reason and conscience and *should act towards
one another in a spirit of brotherhood*.

Article 12: No one shall be subjected to arbitrary interference with his
privacy, family, home or correspondence, *nor to attacks upon his honour
and reputation*. Everyone has the right to the protection of the law
against such interference or attacks.

So, trolling is not a human rigth and I am totally agree on the banning
matter. And maybe we could use Netiquette <http://www.networketiquette.net/>
