[pp.int.general] 'Liquid Democrazy': Pirate Party Sinks amid Chaos and Bickering

To all that we added rotation of everything . Every time we gather someone
different taken by chance has to be the leader of that meeting.
We still are to few to try it at full. But we truly believe that could
solve lot of problems.
Our big issue right now is that the law obliges us to have some fixed
positions, so we'll see what happens.
