I haven't seen this message on this list yet.  Martin is looking for
Esperanto speakers who would like to join efforts on the European
programme with others who use Esperanto.

Just to be clear, Esperanto is so far the most succesful constructed
international auxiliary language.  Furthermore, I do not know Marin's
plans, but I am sure that it is not his goal to change the official
language of the PPI to Esperanto -- that would simply not be viable
since my guess is that at this moment Esperanto is not used that widely
within the PPI.
