I'd like to see a lawyer comment on this - in particular about the
possible paradox of CoA deciding on the validity of GA (and in result
also on the validity of it's own election).  I guess there should be
some standard boilerplate law code for this.  Do we have a lawyer
on-board?

I wish the authors of sap-25 consulted with the authors of
sap-19/20/21 - two so similar motions only generate voting chaos (and
possible political plays - I hope that splitting votes etc. was not
the reason we have those two).
