"Not reinvent the wheel" Yes, but improve it if possible.

An academy is interesting for the quality and the true value of the
diploma and the courses you can get.

Coursera is really great, but the diploma are really expensive and most
of them are not necesserly recognize everywhere.

Does a partnership wit UNESCO should be a part of the value of the
diploma? 

Does that diploma will have a value all arround the world?

How does that diploma will cost exactly for the student?

If it cost $0 for the student, how does that courses + diploma will cost
for the organisation?

RMS, one day told me something approximativly saying ::

Ideas are great but who, how ... (which ressources)?
