I agree that forces behind the scenes that might have interest in starting
WW3 are already in the know of any/most leaked data, so these things could
hardly be real cause for a global war. They could serve as casus belli or
speed things up, but it's not like it's hard manufacture trigger for a war
if it's so badly needed. *ahem* chemical weapons *ahem*
What leaks mostly do are informing/educating general population of events
behind the scenes. This might lead to better and more transparent
governments in the future, as internal presure from the people will
probably grow, but that process will take time that will most likely be
measured in decades, at least.
@Pat out of couriosity, where do you think civil war(s) might be
possible/imminent? I mean among major countries.
