in our experience etherpads are the best tool for decision-making by
consensus, since everyone is able to contribute to a common text, agree
on what goes and what doesn't while actually doing it.

this last point is *very* important because many many times people agree
on something but no one sets to do it because all the energy went on
discussing about it, which is my main concern about all these decision
making platforms... do they actually promote people taking action?
