[pp.int.general] Swarm management

Hallo Lisa,

you do know Ricks "Swarmwise", dont you? If not, put everything else
down and read it.


I myself consider the swarmcare as the biggest problem we currently
have in the german PP. I tried to do some care, but I have 2 decisive
problems: 1) I'm the "introvert IT Nerd" personality and 2) the next 2
active pirates are one 20km away to the right, the other one km away
to the left.

If there are any hints for this situation I woudld gladly accept them.


I would suggest using the germans NRW mumble server though since I
know that several other countries already use it and the PPI also has
a channel here - so there are a lot more people already with accounts
then in the dutch one.
And of course I'm beeing lazy here and dont want to add a new server :D
