I'm afraid you didn't understand it correctly. Again -once more- I'll quote 6-XI Jens' mail:

"The only one which is legitimated to decide on such issues for the german party is me[...] Helmut never had the right to decide anything in the name of the german party"
"I will try to look through all the amendments which were made by german pirates and decide on them asap. Until now i thought it would be only the 8th and 10th....."
That's the true, those are the facts, the rest vanishes. And as many times Jens insists in his lie, I will remind what he said:
- Jens dismissed Helmut's decisions as PPDE representative, including setting PPDE's proposal mode as individual mode
- it made all PPDE amendments up to that date becoming annulled as not having being proposed according to the rules -i.e., "each pirate party is allowed to decide whether is going to propose
amendments as a party, or will allow its member to individually propose
amendments"-; the thing is that it leaves only two choices:
* Jens was acting on behalf of PPDE, thus, 1st-5th & 8th amendments became annulled
* Jens was not acting on behalf of PPDE
- Jens only rescued 8th & 10th amendments, abandoning Stallman's Amendment -later he would reconsider that, though 40 hours late-
> From Jens I understand that he did not want amendment 3 to be annulled.
As you've seen from Jens' own words, he lies. And if he gets annoyed because of me pointing at his lie, there is a solution: he can stop doing lying.
> And I wonder why amendment 8 was not annulled, if all amendments from members of PP
> DE other than Jens should be annulled, as this was proposed by Max Moritz Sievers who is a PP DE
> member.
Please read -once more- Jens mail: he explicitly decided 8th Amendment to be preserved. Again, it was Jens who preserved 8th Amendment.
> I think we can all be blamed for this. Jens for being too slow (putting on asbestos suit). Carlos for
> doing the wiki change when it was really Jens' job (putting on yet another asbestos suit). The rest
> of us for not ensuring sufficiently clear rules from the start (running to the nuclear bunker ;-).
I won't save Jens face by unfairly assuming things I didn't make:
- Jens allowed Helmut acting as PPDE representative during 4 months
- Jens then disallowed Helmut as PPDE representative at the very last minute -annulling with this all previous PPDE amendments as Jens decided to allow only amendments made by PPDE as a party, and proclaimed himself PPDE's sole representative-
- Jens dropped all Helmut's amendments, including Stallman's Amendment.
- Jens rescued 8th Amendment, and added 10th Amendment -later splitted into amendments 11th-15th-
- Jens finally changed his mind about Stallman's Amendment ... 40 hours late.
I agree with Ole -and I put it in my report- about learning from this procedure having future ones in mind. However I'll deny all responsibility in Jens' neglections as many times as those neglections become even tangentially thrown to me; Jens' neglections were solely his.
I truly hope that there is no need in the future to paste that Jens'
mail; it would mean that finally everybody became aware of Jens'
neglections and that finally nobody would put any part of Jens' blame
on me. Regards,
